Lee S. McCullough, III

Lee S. McCullough, III graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s degree in accounting (MAcc) and a Juris Doctorate (JD). Lee is a fourth-generation attorney. After law school, he was trained by two of the best estate planning attorneys in the state, his father Lee S. McCullough, II and his uncle Craig F. McCullough. For the past 15 years Lee has taught estate planning, as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. Lee is known for his ability to find simple solutions to complex problems and to explain sophisticated topics so that anyone can understand. Lee and his wife, Cheryl, live in Midway, Utah, and have five children. Lee loves canyoneering and is determined to explore every canyon in Utah with family and friends. He also enjoys tennis, playing the saxophone, water skiing, snow skiing, and snowboarding.

Ashlynn Hokanson

Ashlynn Hokanson loves her position as the Operations Coordinator. It allows her to help the McCullough Law team deliver elevated service to clients. After receiving a degree in the arts, she enrolled at Brigham Young University, where she is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Ashlynn is a Trader Joe’s and Chick-fil-A fanatic. When she isn’t at the office, she loves spending time with friends and family, running, winning card games, and painting.

Carrie Grinwis

Carrie Grinwis is a Legal Copy Editor at McCullough Law. She thrives in the ability to apply her attention to detail to serve clients and coworkers. Carrie graduated from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Experience Design and Management. During her time away from the office, she loves playing Spikeball, putting together jigsaw puzzles, baking cookies, building her small makeup business, and traveling to see her family in Michigan and Oregon.

Caryn Morgan

In 2019 Caryn Morgan accomplished a life-long goal when she received her bachelor’s degree in business from Brigham Young University – Idaho. She now uses her degree to ensure that our clients’ legacies are secured by implementing human resource standards at McCullough Law and finding exceptional team members to serve our clients. Caryn is the mother of four wonderful children and nine grandchildren. She is no longer a “soccer mom” but is now a “soccer grandma”. Her free time is spent reading children’s literature, traveling to visit family, watching musicals, and attending soccer games or dance classes for her grandchildren. Her hobbies also include puzzles, playing games, sewing, hiking, reading, and serving in church.

Liz Hokanson

As the Director of Operations, Liz Hokanson uses her personal mission statement (“Serve, Learn, Improve and Progress”) to help train and develop the team at McCullough Law. Everything she does is driven by her mission statement to ensure clients receive elevated service and secured legacies. Liz graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a degree in Health Care Administration and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration through Utah State University. When she isn’t at the office, she spends time with her husband, friends and family, sets goals, reads business books, goes to the gym, and enjoys live music.

Marnae Sorenson

As Project Coordinator, Marnae Sorenson is passionate about interacting with clients and serving them to ensure that the legacies they have built are secured. Marnae has been part of the McCullough Law team for several years and, during this time, her strong work ethic has helped her develop reliable business and interpersonal skills while advancing her legal insight. Understanding the importance of asset protection and estate planning helps her serve clients and assist the McCullough Law team to ensure clients’ legacies are secured. Marnae speaks Portuguese, French and Bislama. When Marnae isn’t working, she can be found trying out local restaurants, at the gym, exploring the great outdoors, or following the latest news stories and current events.

Rebecca Stewart

Rebecca Stewart graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) and a Juris Doctorate (JD). She was handpicked and trained by Lee as a Paralegal and, after passing the Utah bar, she continued her training with Lee as an attorney. Today, Rebecca is an exceptionally skilled attorney at McCullough Law who specializes in exceptional client satisfaction. Rebecca is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese. She is a former Division I college volleyball player and continues to play sports with family and friends. In her free time, she loves to try new recipes and spend time being active with her husband and three kids.

Austin Atkinson

Austin Atkinson graduated from Brigham Young University with two bachelor’s degrees in both Russian and Geography. He also earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Brigham Young University. He is currently finishing his Master of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation through University of California, Irvine. Austin is the son of both an accountant and a calculus teacher but made the decision to venture out as a first-generation attorney. He prides himself on his ability to empathize with and focus on the needs of others. Austin is fluent in Russian, having spent time working in Russia, Latvia and Lithuania. His passion for the Russian language and culture led to a research fellowship for the BYU International Center for Law and Religion Studies, allowing him to travel and experience countries all over the world. Austin is an avid Utah Jazz fan, and spends his free time enjoying podcasts, tennis, golf, skiing, tasting fine cheeses and memorizing obscure NBA statistics.

Cheyenne Jones

Cheyenne Jones loves that her position as a Legal Drafter allows her to get to know clients. She prides herself on her professionalism and ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Cheyenne always makes sure that clients have a very enjoyable and successful experience every time they interact with our firm. Cheyenne especially enjoys working in the estate planning sphere and loves to see the benefits that clients obtain from it. She graduated from Dixie State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Communication. When she is not working, she loves to be outside hiking or playing any kind of sport.

Jenni DeAdder

Jenni DeAdder absolutely loves working at McCullough Law as the Scheduling Coordinator. It is an honor for her to assist the McCullough Law team. Jenni’s goal is to create elevated experiences for clients throughout the estate planning and asset protection processes. Jenni grew up in Mesa, Arizona and served a church mission in Anaheim, California. Upon her return, she enrolled at Utah Valley University, where she is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. Jenni loves marathons, Netflix marathons, that is. She doesn’t run, but she does love hanging out with her friends.

Abby Rogers loves that her position as a project coordinator, allows her to partner with the McCullough Law team to provide clients with reliable assistance. Prior to working at McCullough Law, her client service mindset led her to become a top salesperson at Nordstrom in Salt Lake City. Upon completing a church mission to Norway, Abby returned to Brigham Young University where she is now finishing her bachelor’s degree in philosophy. After she completes her degree, she plans to attend law school. She loves to spend free time with family and friends and explore the world.

Chantz Richens

Chantz Richens graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in English and is currently attending Brigham Young University’s J. Ruben Clark Law School. Before his current role as a Legal Drafter, Chantz joined the McCullough Law team as a Legal Intern. His role as a Legal Assistant, in conjunction with his education and previous work experience, has given him the opportunity to further develop his skills in the legal field. Chantz values assisting the McCullough Law team in securing the clients’ legacies. When he is not at work, he is most likely studying a textbook, cooking dinner, studying Tan Ren Do Karate, playing outside with his family or cheering on the Utah State Aggies.

Rebecca Jackson attended Utah Valley University and received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. Rebecca loves doing what she can to make other people’s lives easier and is fulfilled by seeing how the elevated estate planning we do at our firm helps secure our clients’ legacies. When she is not at work, Rebecca enjoys hiking, creative writing, and any kind of craft.

As a Legal Clerk, Jocelyn Toole values interacting with clients and ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service. Jocelyn is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in Special Education at Brigham Young University. In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. Her favorite hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. She loves living in Utah because of the many diverse places to enjoy her hobbies.

Madi Langford works as a Legal Clerk at McCullough Law. She thoroughly enjoys the pleasure of serving clients. Madi is studying at Brigham Young University after completing a church mission in Guatemala. She is hard-working and willing to help with anything she can. When she is not at work, Madi enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting Texas, and playing any type of sport.

Claire Harrison graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. She plans to attend law school in the future and participate in civic leadership later in life. Due to her experience, Claire believes in the benefits that estate planning and asset protection provide for our clients. Outside of work she loves painting, traveling, and watching historical documentaries.
