Lee S. McCullough, III

Lee S. McCullough, III graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) and a Juris Doctor (JD). Lee is a fourth-generation attorney. After law school, he was trained by two of the best estate planning attorneys in Utah: his father, Lee S. McCullough, II, and his uncle, Craig F. McCullough. For the past sixteen years, Lee has taught estate planning as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. Lee is known for his ability to find simple solutions to complex problems and his ability to explain sophisticated topics in a way that anyone can understand. Lee and his wife, Cheryl, live in Midway, Utah, and have five children. Lee loves canyoneering and is determined to explore every canyon in Utah with family and friends. He also enjoys tennis, playing the saxophone, water skiing, snow skiing, and snowboarding.

Rebecca Stewart

Rebecca Stewart graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Juris Doctor (JD). She was handpicked and trained by Lee as a paralegal, and after passing the Utah State Bar, she continued her training with Lee as an attorney. Today, Rebecca is an exceptionally skilled attorney who prides herself on exceptional client satisfaction. Rebecca is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese. She is a former Division I college volleyball player and continues to play sports with family and friends. In her free time, she loves to try new recipes and spend time being active with her husband and three kids.

Liz Hokanson

As Chief Operating Officer, Liz uses her personal mission statement (“serve, learn, improve and progress”) to help build and develop the team members, processes, and standards at McCullough Law. Liz graduated with a degree in health care administration from Brigham Young University–Idaho and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) through Utah State University. When she isn’t at the office, she sets goals, reads business books, goes to the gym, enjoys live music, and spends time with her husband, friends, and family.

Ashlynn Hokanson

As Director of Operations, Ashlynn enjoys combining her love of people, business, and legal services into one role. Ashlynn takes great pride in working alongside her team to ensure elevated service is provided to each client. After receiving a degree in the arts, Ashlynn attended Brigham Young University to further her education in business and political science. When she isn’t at the office, Ashlynn enjoys winning card games, traveling to new places, and shopping at Trader Joe's.

Cheyenne Jones

Cheyenne Jones loves that her position as Operations Coordinator allows her to build relationships with clients. She prides herself on her professionalism and ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Cheyenne consistently works to ensure that clients have an enjoyable and successful experience every time they interact with our team. Cheyenne especially enjoys working in the estate planning sphere and seeing the benefits it brings clients. She graduated from Dixie State University with a bachelor’s degree in human communication. When she is not working, she loves to be outside hiking or playing any kind of sport.

Jenni DeAdder

Jenni DeAdder loves working at McCullough Law as the scheduling coordinator. She considers it an honor to assist the McCullough Law team and clients. Jenni’s goal is to create elevated experiences for clients throughout the estate planning process. Jenni grew up in Mesa, Arizona, and served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Anaheim, California. Upon her return, she enrolled at Utah Valley University, where she is currently pursuing a degree in business. Jenni loves spending time with friends and doing marathons—Netflix marathons, that is.

Jocelyn Toole

As Funding Coordinator, Jocelyn enjoys helping clients retitle their assets per the recommendations of the attorneys at McCullough Law. She especially loves providing clients with elevated service and exceptional customer service. Jocelyn is currently finishing her Bachelor of Science at Brigham Young University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. Her favorite hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. She loves living in Utah because of the diverse places to enjoy her hobbies.

Carrie Grinwis

As Legal Copy Editor, Carrie thrives applying her strong attention to detail every day to serve clients and coworkers. Carrie attended Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in experience design and management. Outside of work, she loves playing Spikeball and pickleball with her friends and family. She also enjoys putting together jigsaw puzzles, baking cookies, and traveling to see her family in Oregon and throughout her home state of Michigan.

Abby Rogers

Abby Rogers loves that her position as a project coordinator allows her to partner with the McCullough Law team to provide clients with reliable service. Prior to working at McCullough Law, her client-oriented mindset helped her become a top salesperson at Nordstrom in Salt Lake City. After completing a mission in Norway for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Abby returned to Brigham Young University, where she is now finishing her bachelor’s degree in philosophy. After she completes her degree, she plans to attend law school. She loves to explore the world and spend time with family and friends.

Claire Harrison

As a project coordinator, Claire loves working with clients to ensure their families are taken care of. She enjoys seeing the progress of projects and making sure internal processes are organized. Claire graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. She is currently getting her master’s degree in ethics, peace, and human rights at American University in Washington, D.C. Outside of work, Claire loves painting, traveling, and watching historical documentaries.

Nathan Boyack

Nathan Boyack works with the legal processing team to finalize clients' projects and ensure that they receive a perfected product. Nathan is currently studying finance at Brigham Young University and plans to attend law school. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and enjoys the Brazilian culture and speaking Portuguese. Nathan also enjoys board games, playing sports, and spending time with his family.

Madi Langford

As Billing Specialist, Madi Langford enjoys working closely with each client. After serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guatemala, Madi has continued her education at Brigham Young University, where she is currently completing a bachelor's degree in nursing and a minor in business. Madi loves jumping into things and helping with anything she can. When she is not at work, Madi enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting her hometown in Texas, and playing any type of sport.

Maui Mafi

As a receptionist at McCullough Law, Maui loves providing an elevated level of service to every client who walks through the doors. During his time here, Maui has gained a deep appreciation for the importance of securing clients' legacies, and he enjoys the behind the scenes work of preparing clients' files. This role is Maui's first step in his law career, and he enjoys learning from the McCullough Law team each day. During his down time, Maui enjoys weightlifting, playing and watching basketball, and spending time with his family. Whenever he visits his home in Hawaii, Maui makes sure to catch a few waves on his surfboard or canoe.

Tomas Hammond

As a legal drafter, Tomás works closely with the project coordinators and attorneys to ensure that each client's wishes are captured in their estate plan. He enjoys helping clients secure their legacies and being part of a team that provides daily growth, meaningful work, and the inspiration to be better every day. After serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cancun, Mexico, Tomás began his journey as a member of the McCullough Law team. Outside of work, Tomás loves to read, play basketball, and spend time with friends and family.

Hailey Huhane

As a legal processor, Hailey sees a project through to the finish line. She enjoys the process of auditing and analyzing documents to ensure that each client receives a simple, sophisticated estate plan that meets their specific needs. She graduated from Brigham Young University–Hawaii with degrees in communications and marketing. In her free time, Hailey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family. She also loves being an aunt, all things Broadway, and family trips to Lake Powell.

Jane Johnson

As a scheduling assistant, Jane loves working with clients to ensure their needs are met and their meeting time is maximized. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Auckland, New Zealand, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chinese at Brigham Young University with plans to attend law school in the future. In her free time, Jane enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, indoor cycling, and traveling.

Maggie Kniffen

Maggie loves being a part of the McCullough Law team. As a legal drafter, Maggie’s goal is for each client to have a positive experience and for all details to be accounted for in their estate planning documents. Before Maggie began working at McCullough Law, she served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Denver, Colorado. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys archery, doing lawn care, being surrounded by friends and family, and making memories.

Caryn Morgan

In 2019, Caryn Morgan accomplished a lifelong goal when she earned her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho. She is a firm believer that happy employees serve clients better. As Office Manager, Caryn implements human resource standards at McCullough Law and finds exceptional team members to assist our clients. Caryn is the mother of four wonderful children and nine entertaining grandchildren. She is no longer a “soccer mom” but is now a “soccer grandma.” Her free time is spent reading children’s literature, traveling to visit family, watching musicals, and attending soccer games or dance classes for her grandchildren. Her hobbies also include puzzles, games, sewing, hiking, reading, and serving in church.

Rebekah Sheffield

Rebekah spends her time researching and working with the attorneys at McCullough Law to ensure that clients receive exceptional service. She enjoys working with a team dedicated to securing legacies through customized estate planning and providing clients with an elevated experience. Rebekah graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in applied physics. Some of her hobbies include water skiing, playing soccer, making homemade granola with her mom, and exploring the outdoors.

Shaelee Erickson

Shaelee loves English and is passionate about crafting and customizing the language to suit specific purposes, especially when that purpose is securing clients’ legacies. Shaelee graduated from Brigham Young University–Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in English. Later, she attended Brigham Young University in Provo and obtained a master’s degree in the same field. While at Brigham Young University, she taught First-Year Composition and Technical Writing. Shaelee enjoys being in the mountains, especially when riding dirt bikes or horses. You can also find her reading, skiing, or playing basketball.

Adam Jensen

As a legal clerk, Adam specializes in preparing gift tax returns. Adam is currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in tax from Brigham Young University. He loves working on unique, interesting projects, and finding creative solutions to client’s needs. When he is not at work, Adam enjoys skiing, riding and restoring motorcycles, and going on adventures with his wife. They both love food and are always on the lookout for new restaurants.

Marnae Sorenson

As Trainer and Operations Coordinator, Marnae Sorenson is passionate about interacting with clients and serving them to ensure that the legacies they have built are secured. Marnae has been part of the McCullough Law team for several years and, during this time, her strong work ethic has helped her develop reliable business and interpersonal skills while advancing her legal insight. Understanding the importance of asset protection and estate planning helps her serve clients and assist the McCullough Law team to ensure clients’ legacies are secured. Marnae speaks Portuguese, French and Bislama. When Marnae isn’t working, she can be found trying out local restaurants, at the gym, exploring the great outdoors, or following the latest news stories and current events.
